At Deerbie, every collectible is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipping Origin:
All orders are shipped from Belgium.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
During product launches, limited-edition releases, holiday periods, or exceptional demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be informed of any significant delays.
Shipping Methods:
We ship using bpost and its international delivery partners.
Available delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout based on the destination country.
Estimated Delivery Times:
• Belgium: 1–3 business days
• European Union: 3–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
• International destinations: 5–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
